About the Artiste

Taiwanese pianist Chun-Chieh Yen has attained widespread acclaim in the global classical music scene with mesmerising performances and significant contributions to education. A laureate of numerous prestigious international competitions, Chun-Chieh displayed exceptional talent and earned praise from Maestro Alexis Weissenberg.

Chun-Chieh’s debut album demonstrated his unparalleled musical artistry and earned him the Best Classical Performer Award at the 19th Golden Melody Awards. In recent seasons, he has also undertaken ambitious projects, such as presenting three distinct recitals on the same day as part of the “One Day Piano Festival x 3”.

Currently serving as a full-time Associate Professor at the Taiwan Normal University, Chun-Chieh is devoted to imparting knowledge and inspiring future generations of musicians. His global advocacy for classical music extends to faculty positions at international music festivals, including the Music Fest Perugia.
