From August 9th to 11th, the rhythmic pulse of Southeast Asia converged at the Asian Supreme Drum Competition 2024, as over 600 drummers from various countries competed in the highly anticipated qualifying round. This year’s event has drawn participants not only from across Southeast Asia but also from beyond the region, highlighting the competition’s growing prestige and international appeal.
This year’s competition features a new Children age category opening the doors even further for young, talented drummers to participate!
The qualifiers have set the stage for what promises to be an electrifying Grand Final, scheduled for October 19, 2024, at the Mochtar Riady Auditorium, SMU, Singapore. Drummers who advance past the qualifying round will be announced on September 8th through the RS Event Center’s official Facebook page, Instagram, and website at www.rs-event.sg. These finalists will be battling it out for the title of the Asian Supreme Drum Champion, showcasing their unparalleled skill, creativity, and passion for drumming.
Grand Finals Giveaway!
The competition isn’t just about the drummers, though. This year, the Asian Supreme Drum Competition has introduced additional activities to engage the wider community. One of the most exciting is the “Post & Win” contest, where fans and attendees stand a chance to win a special gift set valued at over $150. The prize includes:
