After a long nearly-three-year wait, Face to Face Exams are coming back for our PAA (Performance Arts Awards) Exams are finally happening from the 21st to the 25th of November 2022!
RSL’s innovative PAA qualifications offered the first ever graded qualifications for Street Dance in the world, and Singapore is Asia’s pioneer in spearheading the Street Dance Exams in the world.
The Street Dance exam consists of a set of Technical Work where students execute a set of moves benchmarked to each grade and style with a Dance Battle element incorporated at Grades 6, 7 and 8, and a Performance, the content and choreography of which teachers have complete freedom to choose!
To date, we have conducted the PAA Exams for over 1000 candidates in Singapore. All of our teachers and candidates have shared that they found the experience to be a fun and rewarding way to earn an internationally recognised certification, while having the freedom to express themselves.
PAA Exams qualifications range in scope from Street Dance, Jazz Dance, Musical Theatre, Acting, and for the first time ever in the world, Screen Acting!
