Event Hall & Studio Rental Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings of event hall are per hourly or per 30 minutes for studio rental.
2. Full payment required for confirmation.
3. Food, Drinks & smoking are strictly prohibited in the event hall & studio.
4. Use of event hall or studio are strictly limited to music or to conduct education related activities only.
5. Please treat the studio and its equipment with utmost care. Renter shall be fully responsible for any damage or theft to RSEC’s property or equipment and renter agrees to pay repair or replacement costs for any lost or damaged equipment that occurs
during the rental period.
6. Please notify the School staff at the end of the rental period and return the studio to its original condition. Please do not remove or take any instruments, equipment & books from the studio.
7. RSEC Pte Ltd reserved the rights to change any of the Terms & Condition herein without prior notice.
8. In case of any dispute, the school’s maximum liability is restricted to full refund of the rental fees.
9. There will be no refund once payment made but you can reschedule the booking to others date and time.
10. RSEC will not be responsible for any property left in the event hall or studio. It is the clients responsibility to contact RSEC regarding the property.
